ASAE’s Marketing, Membership, Communications + Tech Conference (MMC+Tech) gives association and nonprofit professionals the insights necessary to take their marcomm, membership plus technology strategies to new heights. Learn the latest in engagement, technology, and trends from industry innovators.
The 2026 Conference, “Bring on the Future,” will take place May 28-29 in Washington, D.C.
Scholarship application deadline: Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (ET)
Recipients will receive the following:
Registration fee: Up to $935.00
One year membership of ASAE: $325
Partial hotel reimbursement: Up to $250/night for two nights*
Travel Stipend: $250.00
*Reimbursement will be up to, but not exceed, $250.00 per night for a two-night stay. Recipient is responsible for any additional costs.
Eligibility
Applicant must have been employed by their local AIA component for a minimum of three years
Application Requirements
Letter of recommendation from your local chapter
An essay of at least 500 words answering the following questions:
Why do you want this scholarship?
How would receiving this help your career?
What do you plan to do with what you will learn?
After the Summit
Recipients will be required to “give back” to AIANYS with one of the following:
Present a webinar or in person presentation for other CACE members
Present a report back to your chapter
