Seeking Mid Level Architect and/or Engineer with experience in all project phases from scoping through construction administration.

Requirements: Architecture and/or Engineering degree(s) & technical knowledge in exterior envelope / LL11-FISP / roofing & facade, housing rehab, landmarks restoration and adaptive reuse. Prefer some experience with public agencies – NYC DDC/HPD/SCA/CUNY and/or multi-family/coop/condo buildings.
Description: Full time project manager, based in our Tribeca-Manhattan office for projects focused on exterior envelope / LL11-FISP / roofing & facade projects, housing rehab, landmarks restoration and adaptive reuse. Must have experience in writing technical specifications, evaluating existing conditions and developing corrective details.
Firm: NYC – TRIBECA based architecture firm founded 33 years ago, specialized in restoration, adaptive reuse, exterior envelope, & historic/landmark buildings. Among several awards in recent years, in 2023 we received the Preservation Award of the Friends of the Upper East Side Historic District, for landmark restoration of 680 Park Ave. Presently involved with several SCA, DDC, and CUNY exterior envelope projects, in addition to Housing Rehab and a feasibility study to convert a Parks Dept facility to a neighborhood cultural arts center. Also working on several comprehensive repair and retrofit projects for private condos, coops and rental apartment buildings throughout the City.
