The Call for Proposals is Now Open for the 2026 AIA Tri-State Conference!
The 2026 AIA Tri-State Conference | Shaping the Future Now: Progress Rooted in Perspective brings together architects and design professionals from New York State, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania to explore how informed perspective—professional, civic, technical, and cultural—can drive meaningful progress in architecture today.
We are inviting thoughtful, practice-grounded proposals that examine design excellence, housing and social impact, sustainability and decarbonization, artificial intelligence, civic engagement, leadership, and the evolving role of architects in shaping communities. Strong proposals will move beyond description to address why the work matters, what was learned, and how those insights can inform future practice.
The conference will be held in person, with 90-minute seminar sessions selected through this Call for Proposals.
If you have ideas worth sharing—and perspective shaped by real experience—we invite you to submit a proposal and help shape a conference grounded in rigor, relevance, and possibility.
The deadline to submit a proposal is March 20, 2026. There will be no extensions.
