Both the American Institute and the State of New York recognize continuing education in architecture is crucial to advancing and improving the profession.  Presently, 45 states across the country have mandatory continuing education in order to continue practicing as a registered and licensed architect.  As part of this commitment, AIA New York State and the local Chapters of the AIA provide a broad selection of programs.
