How to Register, Hotel Information, Directions

There are several ways to register for the MAINSTREETS Convention. Both online registration and the registration form will be available on this page in June.

Online Registration
Online registration is the easiest way to register. All information is filled out online and submitted with payment on a secured site.  Once you submit your registration online, you will be emailed your confirmation, as well as your schedule listing all seminars and tours that you have signed up for. ***Please print out and bring this copy with you to convention as individual schedules will be not handed out at convention.

Be sure all information is correct before submitting online registration. If you do not submit the correct email address, you will not receive your email confirmation and schedule.

If you cannot register online, the printable registration form will also be available on the website in June. If you need to be mailed or faxed a hard copy of the registration form, please call AIANYS at 518.449.3334.

Hotel Information
The Hyatt Regency Hotel is located at 125 East Main Street in Rochester. The hotel features newly renovated guest rooms, flat screen televisions, a 24-hour gym and indoor heated pool.  The hotel is attached to the Riverside Convention Center through a covered skyway for easy access to the Product Showcase and continuing education programs.
