Are you interested in increasing the visibility of your company to design and construction professionals throughout New York State? Then sign up to be a part of the MAINSTREETS Convention in Rochester September 24, 25, 26, 2009.

This first time event is bringing together architects, engineers, builders, land surveyors and landscape architects for the chance to earn continuing education credit, attend networking events and view the latest products and services all in one place!

As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to meet face to face with the decision makers of firms from across the state. As a sponsor, your company will receive maximum exposure both before the event to all members of the organizations as well as at the event through signage and inclusion in convention materials. As an advertiser, your company’s message will be sent out to all members and attendees through various publications.

Exhibiting at 2009 Product Showcase

The 2009 AIANYS Product Showcase will be held at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center over two days Thursday, September 24, 2009 from 11 AM to 6 PM and Friday, September 25, 2009 from 8 AM to 2 PM. Hundreds of architects, engineers, builders, land surveyors and landscape architects from across New York State will be attending this year’s Convention and Product Showcase. As a Product Showcase exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to meet face to face many of the decision makers of these various firms.

Booth packages include recognition in various AIANYS and the other associations’ publications and a list of all the attendees after the convention.

This year the booths will measure 10 X 10 and, for your convenience, move-in and set-up will be available September 23, 2009 from 1 PM to 6 PM.
New this year! There will be several events right in the Product Showcase on the trade show floor for all convention registrants and exhibitors to attend including a reception from 4:30 to 6 PM on September 24 and a continental breakfast from 8 AM to 10 AM on September 25.

Sponsorships:

We expect over 700 design and building professionals to attend this year’s convention! Sponsoring the convention is a great way to put your company in front of these professionals. There are many different ways your company can receive exposure during the convention.

There are many different levels of sponsorships, starting at $500. Depending on the sponsorship, benefits include: advertising in the pre-convention and onsite pieces, individual signage, tickets to various convention events and a list of attendees for your marketing purposes.

Advertising

As an exhibitor, you can advertise in the pre-convention brochure and the onsite brochure at a special discounted rate! 

The ads are ¼ page and black and white (vertical ad measures 3.5 wide by 4.75 high, horizontal ad measures 7.5 wide by 2.125 high).

Cost for an ad in the pre-convention brochure: $400. Deadline: May 1, 2009

Cost for an ad in the onsite brochure: $300
Same ad in both the pre-convention brochure and onsite brochure: $650.

Social Event Tickets

Exhibitors are also welcome to attend the other social events planned during the convention. You can order tickets for events right on the exhibitor application.

President’s Reception, Dinner and Design Awards Presentation at the Hyatt Regency (attached to the Rochester Riverside Convention Center) will be held on the evening of Thursday, September 24, 2009. There are a limited number of tickets available for exhibitor purchase at $100 each.

The Host Chapter Friday Night Party will be held on the evening of Friday, September 25, 2009 at the George Eastman House. There is a limited number of tickets available for exhibitor purchase at $110 each.
