Handouts
In concert with the sustainable initiatives of the American Institute of Architects, handouts are uploaded to the website for viewing and printing should the participant wish to do so.
Please review the following information for preparing online handout materials.

Guidelines for Preparing Paperless Handouts:

Seminar handouts are available for download two weeks before, as well as during and after the convention.  Attendees will receive ample advance notice of when the handouts are published as well as notice on the paperless initiative.  Included in this information is the official convention handout cover template.  Do not alter the template. 

The title page of your handout material must include this information.
Title, as published
Day, date and time
Number of learning units/ as published
Learning objectives as published
Speakers (full name, organization, city, state)
Disclaimers as indicated previously.
All materials may be found in the marketing piece located on this page.

Downloaded handouts must not be any more than 8 pages and black and white.
