Exhibiting at 2008 AIANYS Product Showcase The 2008 AIANYS Product Showcase will be held at the Westchester County Center on Friday, September 26 from 10 AM to 6 PM. Hundreds of architects and other design related professionals from across New York State will be attending this year’s Convention and Product Showcase. As a Product Showcase exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to meet face to face many of the decision makers of architecture firms. Pre-convention registration survey results from 2007 indicated that: in regards to buying influence: 46% of registrants had the final decision, 34% specify with 11% recommending. This year AIANYS is offering two booth packages with various advertising and marketing opportunities available. Both packages include recognition in various AIANYS publications, inclusion in the Product Showcase Book handed out at convention and a list of all the attendees after the convention. This year the booths will measure 10 X 10 and, for your convenience, move-in and set-up will be available in the late afternoon of September 25. Sponsorships AIANYS expects over 400 architects and other design-related professionals to attend this year’s convention! Sponsoring the convention is a great way to put your company in front of these professionals. There are many different ways your company can receive exposure during the convention. This year AIANYS is offering both level sponsorships and event sponsorships. Sponsorships start at only $1,000. Depending on the sponsorship, benefits include: advertising in the convention invitation and on-site pieces, individual signage, tickets to various convention events and a list of attendees for your marketing purposes.
