The following is for information purposes only, registration forms and online registration link will be provided on or about August 9th.

Early Bird Registration ends September 30th
After this date registration fees will increase by $50.00 .

All persons attending any function of the AIA New York State Annual Convention and staying within the reserved room block at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo MUST also be registered for the convention using one of  the AIA New York State registration options. No exceptions.

Pre-convention registration ends October  8. 2010.  Although not recommended, onsite registration is available during regular registration hours.

Cancellations/Refund Policy:
Convention registrations may be cancelled up to 5 PM, Monday, September 30th, 2010 less a $50.00 administrative fee per person. Any cancellations received after September 30 and up to October 4th, 2010 will receive 50% refund of paid registration fee. All cancellations received after October 7th, 2010 will forfeit their paid registration fee.

All cancellations and refund requests must be in writing to AIANYS, 52 South Pearl St., Third Floor, Albany, NY 12207 or email mgershman@aianys.org.

Thursday, October 14, 2010: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Friday, October 15, 2010: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 16, 2010: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
